Virginia Farms Inc.’s breeding and commercial farm is located in Asturias, western Cebu managed by its sister company, Asturias Farms Inc.
The farm employs the best genetics, nutrition and technologies to ensure it produces the best quality products at the same time adhering to the best practices in waste management and animal husbandry.
Planned to be the central meat cutting and processing area for the business, the Meat Cutting Plant is located within the company’s headquarters at Barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City. The facility was inaugurated in March 8, 2016 and is the first of its kind in the country. It can process up to 1,000 hogs daily.
Manned by well-trained butchers, the plant uses the most modern and world-class machineries that allows for precision cutting of pork for its customers. The plant is also equipped with state-of-the-art cold storage system consisting of blast freezer rooms, freezers and chillers to preserve and further maximize the shelf life of the meat.
Virginia Farms Inc.’s headquarters is nestled within approximately 2-hectare property along M. Ceniza Street in Maguikay, Manduae City, Cebu.
The property hosts its support offices including its Sales & Marketing Department, Admin Department, Human Resources and Executive Offices.
Aside from its support offices, the company’s Meat Cutting Plant is also located within the property and a branch of its retail arm The Pork Shop.
