The terms and conditions stated herein, as defined by The Pork Shop by Virginia Farms Inc., form the basis and guidelines of the issuance of The Pork Shop Sulit Card; define the rights and obligations of the member in The Pork Shop Loyalty Membership and Loyalty Program; and provide for the collection and processing of personal data by The Pork Shop. Members of The Pork Shop Sulit Card are subjected to these guidelines and are deemed to have accepted and agreed to any terms and conditions, guidelines, and rules thereof upon signing the Membership Application.
I. Terms and Conditions
1. All The Pork Shop customers who are at least 18 years old may avail of The Pork Shop Sulit Card.
2. Customers may avail of The Pork Shop Sulit Card for free when they purchase a minimum of Php3,000.00 from any The Pork Shop branch in Cebu or Iloilo (except La Nueva Branch) and The Pork Shop Home Delivery Service.
3. For customers who want to avail of The Pork Shop Sulit Card, but have not reached the required minimum amount of purchase can pay the membership fee of Php249.00.
4. Customers must provide the following details upon application for The Pork Shop Loyalty Membership and Loyalty Program:

iii. Mobile Number viii. Office Number (Optional)
iv. Telephone Number ix. Signature
v. Email (Optional) x. Valid ID (see Appendix)
5. Membership is for a lifetime; however, conditions, promos or perks may vary from time to time.
6. If the member is inactive for one (1) year, the account shall be terminated. If the member wishes to reactivate their membership, they may opt to pay the reactivation fee of P249.00.
7. Walk-in customers shall present their Sulit Card to the cashier upon check out to avail of promos and perks.
8. The Pork Shop Home Delivery Service customers shall send a photo of their Sulit Card or provide their Sulit Card Number to the Order Taker upon ordering to avail of promos and perks.
9. The Pork Shop Sulit Card is not applicable to any Hotel Restaurant Institution (HRI) customer.
II. Membership Benefits
1. Members can avail of a 10% discount (or a maximum of P500 discount) on pork products on their first purchase using the card.
2. Members can earn one (1) point for every Php400.00 worth of purchase. They can use their points to claim exclusive novelty items set for the year or used to pay for purchases at any The Pork Shop branches (except La Nueva branch). One (1) Point is equivalent to P1.00.
3. Members are entitled to discount promos exclusively offered to cardholders.
4. Members get a Surprise Gift from The Pork Shop on their birthday. The Surprise Gift is set annually and could be a novelty item or bonus point when he/she shops at The Pork Shop on his birthday.
III. Novelty Items
1. Novelty Items are set and announced annually during Porktoberfest.
2. The number of points does not expire and can be accumulated for up to two (2) years.
3. Members may claim novelty items when they reach the assigned points for each reward. Members may claim their novelty item the following day or on their preferred day.
